What are the ingredients in Renewal?
Ingredients of all Renewal formulas can be viewed here.
A complete list of ingredients for each Renewal formula can be viewed in the Ingredients tab on the individual product pages.
What is the source of HGH in Renewal?
The growth hormone in Renewal products is made from an organic non-animal substance. It is formed during a patented bio-engineering process that generates an HGH molecule identical to the human growth hormone produced by the human body.
When can I expect results?
On the average, two to three weeks. However, some people report experiencing benefits in the first few days, while others have said it has taken a couple of months.
After introducing HGH to your body routinely during the first few weeks the results find new expressions of health. When results have shown a new response the HGH is working. Taking Renewal regularly ensures a favorable outcome as anticipated. Following the guidelines published on AlwaysYoung.com for the products promotes maximum potential inherent as described within the product pages. After receiving new health opportunity focused on your expectations of enhanced response toward advancing health goals your new responses have more potential of anticipated outcomes.
How long will a bottle of Renewal last?
Each 1 oz. bottle of Renewal contains approximately 184 sprays and will last 5-6 weeks depending on the level of use.
How do I take Renewal?
It is recommended to take two (2) sprays of Renewal under the tongue three (3) times a day. Take it five consecutive days followed by two days off, or, take it six consecutive days then take one day off. Or as directed by a health care professional. Hold the liquid under the tongue for at least 15 seconds, then swallow.
Avoid food, drink (except water), toothpaste, chewing gum, coffee, mints, etc. 10-15 minutes before and after use to lessen the likelihood of interference with the homeopathic action. Careful avoidance supports maximum absorption.
PLEASE NOTE Drinking water before or after dosing will not interfere with the homeopathic action. To assist absorption, rinse mouth with pure water prior to dosing.
The best time to take Renewal is first thing in the morning, again in the afternoon, and the third dosage just before going to bed at night. For the afternoon dose many people prefer around 4:00 PM when they usually get their “dip” in energy, or if exercising then just prior to the workout.
IMPORTANT In order to begin experiencing the longer-term results that are possible with Renewal you must take the product consistently for the first two or three months. Two sprays, three times a day, five or six days a week as recommended is best.
After taking Renewal for 2 or 3 months it is a good idea to then abstain for a week to ten days. This allows the growth hormone receptor sites in the body to rest and for the body to “air out.”
WARNING Do not use if pregnant or lactating. Renewal is not intended for children. Full disclaimer
Why do I take it three times a day?
Medical studies show that small amounts of growth hormone taken at frequent intervals mimics the natural secretion of human growth hormone in the body and will produce better results.
Why take 1 or 2 days off each week?
This allows the pituitary gland to function entirely on its own, helping to keep it in optimal condition, and it allows the body's human growth hormone receptor sites to rest.
Can I take multiple Renewal products?
Yes. All Renewal products are synergistic when used in combination with any of the others. There are a couple of ways to do this.
Example #1: Take a dose of one Renewal product, hold it under the tongue for at least 15 seconds, swallow, then take the next product.
Example #2: Take product #1 in the morning and at bedtime. You can also experiment when combining products. Some people will use the second product each time they take a dose of Renewal. Others will use it once or twice a day, or once or twice every few days. Each of our bodies is different, so see what feels best to you.
What is the shelf life of Renewal?
All Renewal products are very stable homeopathic formulations, and if cared for properly they should have a minimum shelf life of five years.
Homeopathic products (and all supplements) should be kept away from extreme heat or light, drugs, toxic substances, x-ray and EMFs (electromagnetic fields).
Do not refrigerate.
Does Renewal have an expiration date?
Renewal HGH Advanced will have a Lot # and Manufacturing Date printed on the lower left of the label.
The other four Renewal products will have a Lot # and Expiration Date printed on the lower left of the label. This expiration date is five years from the time of manufacture.
All Renewal products will maintain their full potency for a minimum of five (5) years.
Will Renewal interfere with vitamins, herbs or prescription drugs?
The homeopathic form of HGH does not interfere with any other remedies, supplements or medicines that you might be taking.
Homeopathic remedies are usually in tablet form. Why is Renewal an oral spray?
Liquid penetrates faster and also more thoroughly over a larger surface area, and it is easier to use. Absorption through the lining of the mouth provides up to 9-times more effective absorption into the bloodstream . . . within a few seconds.
Is Renewal legal? Can Renewal give a clear test for sports?
Renewal products are homeopathic formulas. The HGH, IGF-1 (Growth Factor), Testosterone and DHEA in these formulas are legal in the United States.
Athletic drug testing is not our specialty. The National Collegiate Athletic Association sports (NCAA), Olympic-level sports, and professional sports, regulate all testing.
Although HGH, IGF-1, Testosterone and DHEA are legal OTC (Over The Counter) drugs in the United States, they are strictly forbidden for use in the venues listed above or any other venue declaring the restriction of their use.
We can not recommend any of our Renewal products for use in the venues listed above or any other venue declaring the restriction of their use.
Every country should be consulted for use of Renewal formulas if sporting events are within the purview of regulation steering prohibition of specific substances.
Should Renewal be refrigerated?
No. Renewal products should not be refrigerated. While homeopathic formulas are very stable, to ensure optimum potency and efficacy, we recommend that you keep them (and all supplements) away from extreme heat or light, drugs, toxic substances, x-ray and EMFs (electromagnetic fields).
HGH / Growth Hormone / Somatropin
What is HGH?
Human Growth Hormone (HGH or GH) is a peptide hormone that stimulates growth, cell reproduction, and cell regeneration. The body naturally produces growth hormone in the pituitary gland. Increasing muscle mass and bone density are impossible without GH, but it also plays a major role in maintaining the health of all human tissue, including that of the brain and other vital organs.
When secreted, GH remains active in the bloodstream for only a few minutes, but this is enough time for the GH to be absorbed by the liver's receptor sites. It is then used to make growth factors, the most crucial of which is insulin-like growth factor-1, or IGF-1, which boasts a host of anabolic properties.
Scientists synthesized the first HGH in laboratories in 1981.
Why is it called Growth Hormone?
When HGH was originally discovered researchers learned that children needed ample amounts in order to grow properly. Thus the name growth hormone.
What is Somatropin?
Somatotrophin and Somatropin (also spelled Somatrophin) are both forms of Human Growth Hormone.
Somatotrophin is the Human Growth Hormone produced by a human body.
Somatropin (or, Somatrophin) is bio-engineered Human Growth Hormone. Made in a lab. Molecularly, it is exactly the same as Somatotrophin. The only difference is that it was not produced by a human body.
Will I grow?
It will not cause an adult to grow.
Is HGH foreign to my body?
No. Growth hormone (HGH) is secreted by the pituitary gland and is natural to the body.
Is growth hormone a steroid?
No. HGH is not an anabolic steroid. Steroids are synthetic substances not found in nature and can do significant harm to the body. On the other hand, HGH is naturally occurring as it is produced in the body by the pituitary gland.
HGH is a peptide hormone. Referring to HGH as a steroid is as incorrect as referring to beef steak as a vegetable. True, steak and broccoli are both foods, but one is a meat and one is a vegetable. And while HGH and steroids are both hormones, they belong to two very different classes of hormones.
HGH belongs to a class of hormones known as peptide hormones; specifically protein based peptide hormones (based on amino acids). Anabolic steroids do not belong to this class; anabolic steroids are fat based hormones derived from and based on the male sex hormones. As you can easily see these are two very different categories and within the body neither performs like the other. It is true that both can have an anabolic effect but anabolic merely refers to muscle growth. Food is the most anabolic substance on earth but you wouldn't call food a steroid.
Any side effects from homeopathic HGH?
Side effects, drug interactions, tolerance, and addiction are unknown among users of homeopathic medicines. In over 15 years of use by the general population of the U.S., no homeopathic HGH product has caused any detrimental effects to the body.
Who can take homeopathic HGH?
Only adults should take it. People with diabetes, cancer, or heart problems must consult with their physician. Any woman who is pregnant or lactating should not take the product.
What is the FDA status of HGH?
Always Young’s homeopathic HGH products are manufactured in FDA-certified laboratories and are duly registered with the FDA. The products’ safety and efficacy at a homeopathic dose level is supported by comprehensive scientific Proving Report and by double-blind placebo-controlled studies. The studies relied upon by Always Young were not conducted with any Always Young products, but with similar products.
What is Homeopathy?
Homeopathy is a system of medicine founded in the early 1800's by a German doctor, Samuel Hahnemann. It is based on what is called the natural law of similars. Another way to say this is “like cures like”. This concept was initially written about and applied in ancient Greece by Hippocrates (460-377 BC), known as the Father of Western Medicine. Hahnemann further experimented with this concept and expanded its principles. The result was the development of a therapeutic process that Hahnemann named Homeopathy in an 1807 essay.
The dynamic evoked when taking a homeopathic product over time, is a gradual and very natural systemic response by the body. The entire system functions as a whole to gently put itself back into balance. This includes ridding itself of the symptoms that are being caused by the imbalance.

How does Homeopathy work?
Homeopathy works by stimulating the body's ability to re-balance and heal itself.
A substance that would cause a healthy person to experience certain symptoms is used to remedy those same symptoms in a sick person. This is known as the law of similars, or “like cures like”. The sick person is given a highly potent, yet extremely small dose of the substance. This results in the substance acting like a catalyst to initiate the body's own healing mechanisms.
